Wagner Behavioral Health Services, LLC offers a comprehensive continuum of care and high quality programs and services designed to strengthen the lives of our consumers. Our Agency has been serving individuals and families in Northwest Pennsylvania for since 2010. Our programs are designed to achieve our mission to provide trauma-informed, integrated, person-centered care within an evidence-based model to improve the well-being of our clients.
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Saturdays: By appointment only.
Appointments can be made outside these public office hours by contacting your individual clinician OR by contacting the office staff at (814) 580-1743, during the public office hours listed above.
We are continuing to accommodate evening and weekend appointments as needed. In addition, telehealth services have continued to be offered in accordance with insurance reimbursement policies.

Our office accepts most major medical insurance including: Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield; UPMC; Medicaid; United Health America; Health
American/Assurance; Vantage PPO; MultiPlan, EAP and more. Contact our office to find out if we accept your insurance and for our fee schedule.
